Gateway Cafe
The Gateway Café is a small business located in Jersey Shore, PA where they have really good food, and good coffee.  They don’t have a very big online presence currently, but if they did it would probably be very beneficial to them.  For the Gateway Café I wouldn’t suggest selling their food only, they just don’t have a big enough presence or audience.  It’s difficult for a small business like that to get their product into a system that works well with online shopping.  However, it would be good for them to start-up a website specifically for the Café and include pictures of some of their food items.  They can add value by explaining what’s in their foods on the menu and how it’s a healthier choice for people.  The Gateway Café already had a Facebook presence and they keep up to date with that pretty well.  One thing they could try s asking customers what kinds of foods or coffees they think Gateway should try, maybe as a seasonal item, or just to find a new menu item.  The most inexpensive way to get customers feedback is online! And of course that leaves the sizzle!  Keeping up on Facebook and getting more customer interaction can help The Gateway Café become better known as an online presence.
